Exchanges Returns and Refunds Policy

 

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchases from Jarvis Spencer Jewellery, however if for any reason, you need to return your item, our refund and exchange policy is below. All returns must be processed within 14 days of receipt of goods. During December, this period will be extended to 30 days to take Christmas purchases into account.

 

Please allow 10 days for your return to be processed, all refunds will be returned to the original card used for payment or method of payment.

 

Exchange Policy

 

This exchange policy is exclusive for online purchases only.

 

Items purchased from our website can be exchanged within 14 days from date of receipt. Your purchase must be returned in an unworn, original, and saleable condition and include the immediate packaging and purchased gift packaging should you wish to also exchange this.

 

We do not credit back the return postage cost. Please note; You are responsible for the return of the item. We cannot accept responsibility for it until it has been delivered to us so we do advise you get proof of postage from the Post Office and we would recommend you send the item 'signed for' or 'secure/special delivery'.

 

In the case of an exchange of size we will send your replacement to you at no additional cost. If the value of your replacement item differs from the original, we will either refund the difference or request payment for the additional balance before the replacement item is sent.

Exclusions to our Exchange Policy*

 

Pierced Jewellery. For hygiene reasons and protection of our customers, we are unable to exchange or refund any earrings or body jewellery unless deemed faulty. We advise all customers to check items received carefully before removing any labels and before disposing of any packaging.

 

We cannot provide exchanges on items that have been personalized or specially altered for you in any way.

How to return your item(s) for an exchange or refund

If you wish to return an item, please follow the steps below;

 

Complete the enclosed returns form, don’t forget to include your order number (this can be found on your invoice, confirmation email or account history) Also state the reasons for return and any further instructions.

Securely wrap your purchase back into its original packaging including any gift boxes that you wish to also return/exchange.

Take the parcel to your local Post Office. We do not credit back the return postage cost unless goods are deemed to be faulty. Please note: You are responsible for the return of the item. If we do not receive your returned purchase, we will ask you to provide proof of postage receipt from the Post Office. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide this proof of postage.
